Move In/Out Expectation Vs. Reality
Everyone moves at some point. Most people who rent have deposits they would like to get back that are dependent on how the property looks after they have left. Often after you have moved all your furniture and belongings out of a property you can see there is a lot more cleaning to be done than originally thought. You can now see all the nooks and crannies that you could not see before. There can be a lot of work involved in a move out clean.
If you are moving into a property, you have high expectations of a sparkly clean place to call your new home. Old dirt is different than “new” dirt. Most people like to have the home cleaned before they move in so it is fresh and new to them. This can be a daunting task when you are in the process of packing and moving from one place to another.
When you are moving you have a lot to do and think about. Let Classmaids LLC do the hard work of making the property clean so you can either get your deposit back or you are confident you are moving into a clean home after the last tenants.
