Choosing a cleaning service

What cleaning services does Classmaids offer?

We offer Standard Cleaning, Signature Cleaning, Deluxe Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out / End-of-Tenancy Cleaning, and Post-Construction / Post-Renovation Cleaning. Standard Cleaning is available for a one-time visit or on a recurring schedule. We also clean individual offices and office suites.

How do Standard, Signature, and Deluxe Cleaning differ?

Standard covers 40 essential cleaning points for a reasonably maintained property. Signature includes the Standard scope plus 10 enhancements, such as priority-area detailing, accessible A/C vent covers, and the oven interior. Deluxe covers 70 total points, with comprehensive detailing, interior windows, and full-property baseboard and door cleaning. We recommend the level that fits the property’s condition and the detail requested.

Which cleaning should I book for my first visit?

Signature is our usual recommendation for a first visit to a generally maintained property that needs more attention than Standard. Standard may suit a property already in good condition. Deluxe is appropriate for substantial buildup, excessive dust or pet hair, a long gap since professional cleaning, or a request for our most detailed service. A first visit does not automatically require a particular package.

Can I book Standard Cleaning just once?

Yes. Standard can be booked as a one-time cleaning or repeated as recurring maintenance. It is designed for a reasonably maintained property and does not include the oven interior unless that service is booked as an add-on.

How does recurring cleaning work?

After the first visit, recurring maintenance follows our Standard Cleaning scope on a weekly, every-two-weeks, or every-four-weeks schedule, with pricing based on the frequency selected. We recommend the appropriate first-visit package based on the property’s condition. After a lapse of 30 days or more, the next visit may be priced as a one-time cleaning and may require a more detailed service.

Do you clean offices and other businesses?

Yes. We clean corporate and professional offices, travel agencies, medical practices, spas, and similar individual offices and office suites. Tell us about the space and requested schedule so we can review the scope and prepare a proposal.

Can you clean only selected rooms or areas?

Yes. Partial cleaning is available for selected rooms or tasks, subject to a $149 minimum service charge. In average condition, that typically covers about 2.5 to 3 labor hours, depending on the team assigned. Tell us in advance if any selected area needs deep cleaning; the scope or price may need adjustment if conditions differ materially from the booking description.

Do you clean seasonal homes?

Yes. We can clean before you arrive for the season and after you leave, and keep a standing visit going while you are here.

What is included

What does a regular Standard Cleaning include?

The Standard scope covers bathrooms, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, the inside of the microwave, accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, trash removal, light straightening, and one accessible sliding-glass or patio door cleaned inside and outside. It does not promise extensive detailing throughout the property.

Is the oven interior included?

The oven interior is included in Signature, Deluxe, Move-In / Move-Out, and Post-Construction cleaning. It is an advance-booked add-on for Standard Cleaning.

Is the refrigerator interior included?

An empty refrigerator interior is included in Move-In / Move-Out and Post-Construction cleaning. For Standard, Signature, or Deluxe, it is an add-on that must be booked in advance. Please empty the refrigerator before our arrival.

Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?

Empty kitchen and bathroom cabinet and drawer interiors are included in Move-In / Move-Out and Post-Construction cleaning. These interiors are not part of Standard, Signature, or Deluxe. Please empty all included cabinets and drawers before the visit; we do not unload or replace their contents.

How do you clean blinds?

Standard includes light dusting of accessible blinds. Signature includes wiping the room-facing side. Deluxe, Move-In / Move-Out, and Post-Construction include cleaning both sides when safely accessible. If you book Standard or Signature and want both sides cleaned, request Detailed Blind Cleaning as an add-on in advance. We do not remove blinds or wet-clean delicate or fabric blinds.

Do you clean A/C vents and air ducts?

Signature includes accessible A/C vent covers in priority areas as needed; Deluxe, Move-In / Move-Out, and Post-Construction cover accessible vent covers throughout the property. We clean the exterior surfaces within safe reach. We do not remove covers or clean inside air ducts or HVAC systems.

Are interior windows included?

Interior windows are included in Deluxe, Move-In / Move-Out, and Post-Construction cleaning. They are an advance-booked add-on for Standard or Signature. If screens block access, please remove them before the visit and reinstall them afterward.

Do you clean exterior windows or sliding doors?

We do not offer general exterior window washing. Each primary cleaning service includes one accessible sliding-glass or patio door cleaned inside and outside. Additional accessible patio doors or patio windows may be booked in advance for an extra charge. Exterior glass must be safely reachable from ground level or a small step stool.

What is included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning?

This service is for a substantially empty property. It includes detailed baseboards and doors, interior windows, accessible blinds and A/C vent covers, bathrooms and kitchen, the oven and empty refrigerator interiors, and empty kitchen and bathroom cabinet and drawer interiors. One accessible patio or sliding-glass door is cleaned inside and outside. Please remove belongings and empty the relevant appliances, cabinets, and drawers in advance.

What is included in Post-Construction Cleaning?

After construction or renovation is finished, we remove dust from accessible surfaces and clean the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, interior windows, accessible blinds, A/C vent covers, oven, empty refrigerator, and empty kitchen and bathroom cabinet and drawer interiors. One accessible patio or sliding-glass door is included. The property must be empty of furniture and free of crews, tools, and building materials.

Do you clean tile, grout, and carpets?

We clean tile and grout with standard cleaning methods and give normal buildup extra attention when appropriate to the service. We do not offer line-by-line grout restoration, steam cleaning, or pressure washing. We vacuum accessible carpets but do not shampoo, extract, restore, or treat carpet stains, urine, or odors.

Do you offer laundry?

Yes, as an add-on booked in advance by number of loads. We wash, dry, and fold towels and bed linens using your washer, dryer, and detergent; usually one or two loads can be finished during a visit. We do not wash clothing, blankets, comforters, rugs, or pet bedding, and do not offer ironing, off-site laundry, or dry cleaning.

What other extras can I request?

Depending on the selected package, available extras include the oven or refrigerator interior, interior windows, detailed cleaning of both sides of accessible blinds with Standard or Signature, additional accessible patio or sliding-glass doors, patio or balcony cleaning, and laundry. Move-In / Move-Out and Post-Construction may also offer garage cleaning. Tell us what you need when booking so we can confirm availability, time, and price.

Booking and pricing

How do I get a quote or book a cleaning?

Request an estimate on this site or call our office. Tell us the property ZIP code, approximate square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, pets, current condition, preferred frequency, and any extras. We will recommend a service and quote the job.

Do you provide an in-person estimate before cleaning?

No. We provide a quote based on the property and service information you give us; we do not make a pre-service visit. Please tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, including half bathrooms, the approximate square footage, and whether there is significant buildup, pet hair, or clutter. If you do not know the square footage, share the property address and we can look up an estimate online.

Do you charge by the hour?

We quote by the job for the agreed scope. An estimated time helps us schedule the team; it is not an hourly price or an agreement to perform unlimited extra work. If the actual condition or requested work differs substantially from the booking description, we will discuss any price or scope adjustment before proceeding.

Does the cleaning price change for recurring visits?

Yes. Recurring Standard Cleaning is discounted by frequency: 40% for weekly cleaning, 30% for biweekly cleaning and 20% for cleaning every four weeks. Your first visit may be Standard, Signature or Deluxe and can be priced differently from the later maintenance visits, so ask for a quote for both the first cleaning and the ongoing schedule.

What if the property needs more work than expected?

If the size, pet hair, clutter, or buildup substantially differs from what was described, we may recommend additional time, a different package, a revised price, or a reduced scope. We will discuss the options with you before proceeding.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. A cancellation within 48 hours is subject to a $75 fee.

How do I pay, and when is my card charged?

We accept major credit cards and charge for the cleaning after service. A temporary authorization hold may be placed about 24 hours beforehand; this is not the final charge. We do not accept personal checks or cash as payment for service. Confirm current card and authorization details when booking.

Should I tip my cleaner?

Tips are optional and go to your cleaner. You may add a tip when you pay or leave cash for the team.

Preparing for the visit

How should I prepare for the cleaning?

Please pick up personal belongings and clear surfaces and floors you want cleaned. If an appliance, cabinet, or drawer interior is included or booked, empty it before the team arrives. Move-In / Move-Out requires a substantially empty property; Post-Construction requires an empty property with the work complete and crews, tools, and materials removed.

Do I need to be home?

For a first-time, one-time, Move-In / Move-Out, or Post-Construction visit, please be available at the start to explain access and priorities and at the end for a walkthrough. You generally do not need to be present for each recurring maintenance cleaning if access has been arranged. The satisfaction guarantee terms for a first-time or one-time visit depend on the final walkthrough.

Do you send the same cleaner each time?

Recurring clients may request a particular cleaner, and we try to honor that request when scheduling permits. We cannot guarantee an individual cleaner for every visit; larger or more detailed jobs may require a team.

Do you bring equipment and supplies?

Yes. Our team brings professional equipment and cleaning supplies, including natural, non-toxic, biodegradable products. Laundry uses your own washer, dryer, and detergent. Tell us about any specific product restrictions when booking.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. Tell us about pets, shedding, and any problem areas when booking. Please secure or move pets so the team can work safely and access each room. We do not clean pet waste or accidents, treat urine, or remove carpet odors.

Policies and service limits

What does your satisfaction guarantee cover?

For a first-time or one-time cleaning, please do a final walkthrough with the team and point out any missed areas before they leave so they can correct them then. Declining the final walkthrough affects eligibility for our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Recurring maintenance has a separate guarantee without requiring your presence at every visit; ask the office for the full conditions.

What if something is damaged during cleaning?

Please contact the Classmaids office promptly if you notice damage, within 24 hours of the cleaning date. We will review the circumstances and work to resolve the issue under the applicable policies.

Are your cleaners screened, and is the company insured?

Yes. Our cleaners are W-2 employees, background-checked and trained. Classmaids is licensed, bonded, and insured and carries workers’ compensation coverage. Ask the office if you need current proof of coverage.

What do you not clean?

We do not clean mold, blood, bodily fluids, human or pet waste, or other biohazards; wash full walls or ceilings; clean chandeliers or delicate items; polish wood furniture; move heavy furniture, appliances, or rugs; organize belongings or empty and replace large quantities of items; or provide full exterior window washing, carpet restoration, or specialized grout restoration. We do not clean unsafe heights or reclean work disturbed by unrelated contractors after our visit.

Do you clean high or hard-to-reach areas?

Only areas within safe reach are eligible. We do not use extension ladders, clean roofs or elevated exterior surfaces, or remove A/C vent covers. High windows and inaccessible fixtures are outside the service scope.

What areas do you serve?

Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth (with Lantana and Golf), and parts of West Palm Beach. Availability depends on the specific ZIP code and schedule; check your address with our office.

Tell us about your home. We’ll call you back.

Share a few details about the home and we call you back to talk through what it needs, the schedule that suits it and the price.
