What our Deluxe Deep Cleaning covers
Deluxe Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning is our most comprehensive service. It includes everything in our Signature Cleaning, plus detailed top-to-bottom cleaning throughout the property: 70 checklist points in all.
Baseboards, doors and door frames are hand-wiped throughout, tops of doors included. Every accessible A/C vent cover is dusted and wiped, ceiling fans and light fixtures are detailed, and so are the lower surfaces most cleans skip: furniture legs, chair rungs, room edges and corners. Interior windows are cleaned, frames, sills and tracks included, where it can be done safely, and both sides of accessible blinds are cleaned. The oven interior is included. In the bathrooms, tile, grout and caulked seams with normal buildup get detailed attention; in the kitchen, heavier grease buildup does. The full 70-point checklist lists every point.
A/C vent cover cleaning is limited to the outside of the covers within safe reach. We don’t remove vent covers or clean inside air ducts or HVAC systems.

Deluxe or Signature?
Our Signature Cleaning sits between Standard and Deluxe: the 40 Standard points plus 10 enhancements, including more thorough dusting, extra attention to bathrooms and the kitchen, baseboards in priority areas, the room-facing side of the blinds and the oven interior. It is the cleaning we recommend to most first-time clients whose homes are in generally maintained condition.
Deluxe is for homes that need more: substantial buildup, multiple pets or a lot of pet hair, heavy dust, or a long time since the last professional cleaning, and for anyone who simply wants the most comprehensive cleaning we offer. Tell us about the home when you request an estimate and we will recommend the level that fits.
We quote by the job, based on the square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets and any add-ons. Request an estimate and we will call you back.

Before we arrive
- Pick up personal belongings and clear the surfaces and floors you want cleaned.
- If you have booked the refrigerator interior, empty the refrigerator before we arrive.
- If you have booked laundry, tell us the number of loads when you book. We use your washer, dryer and detergent.
- Please be available at the start to explain access and priorities, and at the end for a walkthrough with the team. Point out anything missed and they will correct it before they leave.
How to get started
The start of the winter season and the weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas are when deep cleanings book up first. If you are arriving for the season, call a couple of weeks before your date.

Do I need to be there for a deep cleaning?
Please be available at the start to explain access and priorities and at the end for a walkthrough. Point out any missed areas before the team leaves so they can correct them then.
Is the oven interior included?
Yes. The oven interior is included in Signature, Deluxe, Move-In / Move-Out, and Post-Construction cleaning. It is an advance-booked add-on for Standard Cleaning.
Is the refrigerator interior included?
Not in a Deluxe Deep Cleaning. It is an add-on that must be booked in advance, and the refrigerator must be emptied before our arrival. An empty refrigerator interior is included in Move-In / Move-Out and Post-Construction cleaning.
Can I switch to a recurring schedule afterwards?
Yes. Recurring maintenance follows our Standard Cleaning scope on a weekly, every-two-weeks, or every-four-weeks schedule, with pricing based on the frequency selected.
