Privacy policy
How Classmaids handles the information you send through this website. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you send the request an estimate form we collect what you type in, such as your name, phone number, email address, address and the details you give us about your home and the cleaning you want.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your request: to call or email you back and give you a price. That is the only reason any of it is asked for. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Where it goes
The estimate form is provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), the customer system our office uses. What you send goes straight to our account there so that we can call you back, and LeadConnector may set its own cookies to make the form work. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as any web host does.
Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps. The homepage shows our reviews in a widget from SoTellUs, our review service, which loads from their site.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept while they are useful for serving you, and for a reasonable time afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies
The site uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tag from Meta (Facebook), which records page visits and may set cookies so that we can measure and improve our advertising. The estimate form comes from LeadConnector and the reviews widget from SoTellUs (see above), and either may use cookies of its own.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will take care of it.
