    Standard & Recurring Cleaning

    Our 40-point Standard checklist, booked once or as a standing visit weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks, with the same cleaner or team whenever possible.

Optional add-ons

Depending on the service, the inside of the refrigerator or oven, interior windows, detailed blind cleaning, laundry (towels and bed linens), a patio or balcony, a garage and extra patio doors can be added if you book them in advance.

Services we do not provide

None of our cleanings, Standard, Signature, Deluxe, Move-In / Move-Out, Post-Construction or Office, include the following, for safety, insurance and quality reasons.

Carpets, tile and windows

  • Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning, hot water extraction or any other specialized carpet cleaning. We vacuum all accessible carpet with HEPA-filter vacuums.
  • Carpet stain, spot, odor, urine or pet-accident treatment, or carpet restoration.
  • Tile and grout restoration with steam cleaners, pressure washers or other specialized equipment, or hand-scrubbing all the grout in a home. Normal buildup is cleaned by hand in selected areas.
  • Full exterior window cleaning. We clean accessible exterior glass only on sliding glass doors, patio doors and patio windows, from ground level or a small step stool.

Safety and specialist work

  • Bodily fluids, human waste, blood, pet accidents, pet waste, mold or other biohazardous materials.
  • Ladders, roofs, elevated exterior surfaces, or anything beyond reasonable reach from a standard two-step ladder.
  • Inside air ducts or HVAC systems. We clean the outside of accessible A/C vent covers and don’t remove them.
  • Scrubbing walls or cleaning ceilings.
  • Chandeliers, wet-cleaning light bulbs, delicate ornaments, collectibles, artwork or specialty fixtures.
  • Polishing wood furniture.

Moving, organizing and laundry

  • Moving area rugs, carpets, heavy furniture, appliances or other heavy items.
  • Emptying and refilling large numbers of items on shelves or in drawers, cabinets or closets.
  • Organizing closets, cabinets, storage areas or personal belongings.
  • Washing personal clothing, blankets, comforters, duvets or pet bedding, ironing, dry cleaning or taking laundry off-site. Our laundry add-on is towels and bed linens only.
  • Recleaning after work done by someone else once we have cleaned, such as construction, painting, flooring, furniture delivery or appliance installation.
