Three levels of home cleaning, each building on the one before: Standard covers 40 essential points, Signature adds 10 enhancements, and Deluxe Top-to-Bottom covers all 70. Move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning have checklists of their own.

Standard, Signature and Deluxe compared

The service levels are cumulative. Signature includes all 40 Standard points plus 10 enhancements. Deluxe includes all 70 points.

Standard 40 points

Designed for one-time or recurring cleaning in properties that are already in reasonably maintained condition. Keeps a clean home or office clean.
Signature 50 points

Includes all 40 Standard points plus 10 upgrades. Recommended for most first-time clients.
Deluxe Top-to-Bottom 70 points

Includes all Standard and Signature points plus top-to-bottom deep detailing.

Signature: The oven interior and room-facing side of accessible blinds are included. Refrigerator interior and interior windows remain available as add-ons.

Deluxe: The refrigerator interior remains an add-on for all cleaning types. Cabinet and drawer interiors are reserved for Move-In/Move-Out and Post-Construction cleaning.

Recurring maintenance cleaning follows the Standard scope on a weekly, every-two-weeks or every-four-weeks schedule. See standard and recurring cleaning, signature cleaning and deluxe deep cleaning.

Two specialty services for empty properties, each with its own checklist.

Move-In / Move-Out / End-of-Tenancy

Specialty empty-property cleaning

A top-to-bottom service for a substantially empty property. It includes the applicable whole-property cleaning tasks plus the vacancy-specific work below.

Property must be substantially empty of furniture and personal belongings
Detailed baseboards, doors, and door frames throughout the property
Interior windows, frames, sills, and accessible tracks
Both sides of each accessible blind slat or vertical panel dusted and wiped when this can be done safely without removing or damaging the blinds

Post-Construction / Post-Renovation

Specialty construction-dust cleaning

A detailed cleaning performed after construction is complete and the property is empty.

Property must be empty of furniture and free of active work, crews, tools, and materials
Construction dust removed from accessible horizontal and vertical surfaces
Repeated detailed dust removal from ledges, trim, baseboards, and accessible crevices
Accessible A/C vent covers cleaned; air ducts and HVAC interiors are excluded
Interior windows, frames, sills, and accessible tracks cleaned
Both sides of each accessible blind slat or vertical panel cleaned when safe
Empty kitchen and bathroom cabinet and drawer interiors cleaned

Final construction-dust inspection and touch up completed after floors are cleaned

Important limitations

These apply to every service.

No biohazards, mold, blood, bodily fluids, human waste, pet waste, or pet-accident cleanup.
No carpet shampooing, stain or odor treatment, specialized tile/grout restoration, or line-by-line grout scrubbing.
No ceilings, full wall washing, air-duct or HVAC-interior cleaning, exterior windows other than booked accessible patio/sliding glass doors, or unsafe high-reach work.
No moving heavy furniture, appliances, or rugs. Areas behind or underneath are cleaned only when safely accessible.
Blind cleaning is limited to safely accessible blinds suitable for dusting or wiping. We do not remove or reinstall blinds or wet-clean fabric, delicate, damaged, or unstable blinds.
No emptying, replacing, or organizing personal belongings. Cabinets, drawers, appliances, and closets must be empty when interior cleaning is included.

Available add-ons vary by service and may include refrigerator interior, oven interior, interior windows, laundry for towels and bed linens, patios or balconies, garages, and additional accessible patio/sliding glass doors. All add-ons must be booked in advance.
